Mustang
Mustang is an old kingdom in de Nepalese Himalaya. The limited precipitation, the high elevation and the never abating winds have sculptured a fantastic landscape. Nevertheless, for the scarce inhabitants life is extremely hard. Yet, I know few places where culture and people live so harmoniously with there environment.. For the photographer, a journey through this area is both a feast and an exercise in survival. There is simply ‘too much’ to photograph. This presentation shows all facets of landscape photography, but it is also testing its borders. How much ‘human’ can (or must) be visible in a nature presentation?
