Close to the water surface
Nature photography close to home is an indispensable diversion for me. To be outdoors, savour nature and stillness. Groene Woud (Green Woods) is a nature development area in Dutch Brabant with a vast diversity of habitats, that give me endless photo opportunities. The fens, shallow water pools, are my favorite spots because of the water birds that gather there. They inspire me then to travel to other destinations in Europe to picture them even better.
